E-Newsletter. These newsletters will be beneficial for users of
the IntelliTrac GPS Tracking Software in providing handy hints
on getting the most out of the system.

GPS Tracking is more than just
viewing "dots" on a map, it is about generating reports,
automated emails and alerts that enable your organisation
to increase productivity, accountability and security of your
mobile workforce whilst increasing your levels of customer
service.
Your organisation has made a
significant investment in the IntelliTrac system, so why not use
it to it's fullest potential? We have helped many

Recent customer surveys by
IntelliTrac have highlighted that most users are only using the
most basic functions of the IntelliTrac system. As a result we have
commenced these weekly newsletters to slowly but surely
highlight the features and functionality of the system.
All Newsletters will be stored on our website and may be viewed
or referenced at any time.
So please read on and experiment
with the IntelliTrac system.

Are you just looking at DOTS on a MAP ? - Why not
try Generating Reports? |
|
|
Recent
studies by IntelliTrac have discovered that most
users are simply viewing dots on a map. This is great
if you want to know where your vehicles are at any point in
time. But what about analysing your vehicles' movements?
- Are they operating
efficiently?
- Are they crossing paths
many times during the day?
- Are they waiting too
long at customers premises?
- Are they spending too
much time at your base?
- Are they needlessly
leaving engines running?
- Are they taking the long
way home?
IntelliTrac offers a range
of reports, allowing you to analyse your fleet activity.
Click on "Reports" to discover the various reports menu's
available on demand!

IntelliTrac's research has
shown that most users who generate reports are only
generating the "Detailled Report".
Why not try generating a
"Stationary Report"?
Click on Stationary Report
(see example above) and notice the variety of information
available.
Stationary reports will
highlight the selected vehicle's
- Stationary Time and
Location (including customer names)
- Journey Time and
Distance
In addition a summary of
- Distance Travelled
- Drive Time
- Engine Off Time
- Engine Idle Time
is displayed as a summary
at the end of the report.
Reports may be
printed, exported to PDF files or simply select, and copy
and paste into Microsoft Excel
Give
IntelliTrac Reporting a try, you never know what you may

Did you know that you can have
multiple individual user login's for your organisation? Having
individual user log ins for your staff allows you to monitor
office staff usage of the IntelliTrac System. Each staff
member may be granted special privileges including :-
- the activities they can view
- the reports they can
generate and
- the vehicles they can track
Why not give your customers
access? It may just cut down on those annoying "where are they"
phone calls and give your customers that added value over your
