Is MyKidsGPS Suitable For Adults?
- Yes
Do you have a watch type tracker?
- No. Although there are watch type GPS Trackers sold in the USA, these products function on the old CDMA mobile phone network for increased battery life. This network was shut down in Australia many years ago.
- In Australia we have the newer GSM mobile phone networks and unfortunately the small size of the battery in a watch type tracker will not last long enough when operating in Australia.
Why are your products more expensive than others?
- Our consumer products like MyKids are based on our industrial OH&S Lone Worker products as seen elsewhere on this website. We use good quality & reliable components.
- We pre-program and set up your device prior to shipping based on the information you provide us
- We have a team of support staff located in Australia to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
How do you deliver?
- We only ship within Australia. We Ship Directly To Your Door within 5 business days.
- Sorry we do not have a showroom so you cannot come to our office to pick up or view this product. We only accept business and corporate clients by appointment only in our conference rooms.
What do I need to provide?
- You will need to provide a prepaid or postpaid sim card.
- Any sim card will work. It must have SMS and CallerID enabled.
Where will it work?
- It will work in any country where there is GSM digital mobile phone coverage. Please be aware of international call and SMS costs.
- MyKidsGPS needs to be outdoors to provide an accurate position within 5 meters
- If MyKidsGPS is indoors, it will display the last known stored positon. For example, the position prior to entering a building.
Are there special requirements?
- You will need to make sure that the sim card has caller id enabled
- You will need to make sure that any mobile phones used for tracking the MyKids also have caller id enabled

- The MyKids GPS is 44mm Wide, 82mm Long and 18mm Thick.

How long does the battery last?
- The battery lasts up to 60 hours in standby mode. But in daily usage, the battery lasts approximately 8 to 12 hours. Just like with normal mobile phone usage, you will need to charge daily.
Are there any ongoing costs?
- There are no ongoing costs billed to you by IntelliTrac
- You need to provide and pay for the SIM Card which is inserted in the MyKidsGPS.
Where do I insert the SIM card?
- Remove the rear cover from the MyKidsGPS Device and insert your prepaid sim card.
How is it carried or worn?
- In a pocket
- Within the silicon cover and on a lanyard
- Within the silicon cover and on a belt
- Within the silicon cover and on a keyring
How do I locate MyKidsGPS?
- 1. Call MyKidsGPS from your smartphone
- 2. MyKidsGPS will answer your call and immediately hang up.
- 3. MyKids will send your smartphone a location SMS.
- 4. Click on the location SMS to open a google map to display the MyKidsGPS Location
Can MyKidsGPS Send Alerts?
- Press the SOS Button continuously for 3 seconds and MyKidsGPS will send an SOS SMS location message will be sent to up to 3 mobile phones

What do I need to provide?

- Any Telemetry Data enabled sim card will work. You should select a 100MB data plan as a minimum. Billed in 1kb blocks with no session fees and no session time out. Consult your mobile phone store. Please watch our video for specific requirements. Sorry we cannot offer any advise on SIM Card providers.

- 1. Log on to the IntelliTrac website and locate and view history.

- 3. Positions are updated automatically every 3 minutes
- 4. IntelliTrac stores a history of all loctions so you can view the location of the Seniorsafe in the past 12 mths
Can SeniorSafe Send Alerts?
- Press the SOS Button continuously for 3 seconds and an SOS email will be sent to multiple email addresses. In addition a location SMS message will be sent to up to 5 mobile phones
Can SeniorSafe Make Calls?
- SeniorSafe has 3 easy to use quick dial numbers to call family and emergency help. In addition is has a loud speaker handsfree.
Auto Answer?
- If your loved one is not answering, simply send an SMS to SeniorSafe and the Seniorsafe will return your call so that you can communicate with your loved ones via loud speaker..
