Welcome to our first newsletter for 2007.

Last year saw IntelliTrac grow exponentially as many organisations acknowledged  the “IntelliTrac Advantage” by implementing GPS based systems within their business processes.

This year our quest for continuous and never ending improvement and focus on customer service, will see IntelliTrac continue the journey that I embarked on in 1987, to  establish a global leader of GPS based technologies.

In 2006 IntelliTrac formally cemented its partnership with The Virtual Map and street-directory.com.au group, effectively combining world leading GPS hardware and mapping technologies to form a platform, which now sets the benchmark in the industry.

The IntelliTrac Virtual Map partnership has resulted in many success stories, but none larger than the development and successful roll out of  PMP’s Catalogue Distribution System, rumored to be the largest GPS Tracking Implementation in the  southern hemisphere if not the world!

None the less, IntelliTrac and Virtual Map have not lost focus on day to day issues facing small to medium enterprise, and continue to provide turn key and customised GPS Tracking and Mapping solutions for all organisations, large or small.

Identifying niche markets such as PMP’s catalogue distribution systems, and developing customised solutions, sets IntelliTrac apart from its competitors, and assists our team in discovering new concepts that may be adapted across industry groups, thus making IntelliTrac solutions truly outstanding!

Prisoner transport, has never been safer since the introduction of IntelliTrac GPS Tracking.  2006 saw GSL Custodial Services adopt IntelliTrac GPS Tracking and Virtual Map enterprise software solutions in preference to their existing supplier. The hierarchy within the Police force were also pleasantly impressed with IntelliTrac and Virtual Map’s integrated security and fleet management platforms.

In 2004, Mitsubishi’s Evolution 8 was rated hardest to steal, by the Australian Insurance Industry thanks to the standard fitment of  IntelliTrac. However, recently an EVO8 was stolen, by opportunistic thieves who underhandedly obtained a set of  car keys, whilst the owner was on holiday. Thanks to IntelliTrac, once the vehicle was discovered stolen, it was kept under surveillance, and whilst these crooks were driving at excessive speeds and conducting armed robberies, the IntelliTrac Black box recorder was logging their every move helping police make their arrest easier and making those convictions stick!
