What You Should Know

• IntelliTrac VTGM10 is designed as a retail/light commercial  GPS Tracking Device. It is not recommended for information intensive commercial purposes requiring fleet management reporting, security alerts or high service level web site up times..
• IntelliTrac VTGM10  sends GPS Positioning via the GPRS Mobile phone network every 3 minutes and whenever the vehicle's ignition is switched on or off.  The device also sends a GPRS keep alive packet every 15 minutes..
• IntelliTrac VTGM10 does not provide any fleet management reporting or security features
• IntelliTrac VTGM10 grants you, the end user, 12 months free unlimited internet tracking access.
• A  subscription renewal notice will be sent at the end of the first year. A fee of $120 per year is payable in advance to extend access to the IntelliTrac Web Tracking Service.
• You are liable for the correct use of this product, including the breach of any privacy issues
• You are responsible for providing a GPRS enabled sim card for the VTGM10 Device
• You are liable for any GPRS costs resulting in providing an online tracking service, directly with the telecommunication carrier of your choice
• You are responsible for selecting the correct GPRS plan with your telecommunications provider
• An incorrect or faulty installation may result in excessive GPRS Costs.
• IntelliTrac VTGM10  will only function correctly in GSM/GPRS Network Coverage Areas
• IntelliTrac VTGM10  will only report real time positions in areas covered by the GSM/GPRS Network

• SUPER IMPORTANT NOTE: GPRS Communications required by this device. Under normal conditions and tracking parameters as defined above, the device will use approximately 5MB of data per month. However due to repeated  position requests,  excessive driving hours, multiple ignition on off status and/or incorrect wiring, the device may  exceed 5MB of data per month.  It is important that you discuss possible fees and charges related with GPRS usage with your mobile phone carrier.  IntelliTrac accepts no responsibility for this device usage exceeding the average 5MB per month.  When negotiating GPRS plans with your preferred Telecommunications provider it is important that all data is billed in 1KB blocks at the end of each GPRS Session and is not subject to any session connection fees. Selecting the wrong GPRS Plan will result in excessive Mobile Costs.
