No. Vehicle profiles, bookings and maintenance can use entered or imported information. Installed tracking adds location and supported vehicle data.
You can organise vehicles and pools by depot, and use that structure to filter the information your team reviews.
Cost views let authorised users inspect the charges behind a vehicle total. The detail depends on the cost information entered or imported.
Start with your current asset list and agree which fields to import. Review the imported details before adding bookings, servicing and tracking. This gives the team a consistent vehicle identity across those tasks.
Drivers can submit checks, photos and fault details from the driver app. The fleet team can review the issue against the vehicle. Agree which forms and follow-up steps each group needs during setup.
Set user roles around the information and actions each team needs. A driver, fleet manager and finance user do not need identical access. Review permissions as part of rollout.
Choose a fleet problem you want to solve first, such as service planning or pool availability. Bring a vehicle list and an example of how the team handles it today. The demo can then follow that process.
