IntelliTrac has integrated its pool-car booking with Torus electronic key cabinets, so a confirmed booking releases the right vehicle's key the moment an authorised driver taps in — and every key movement, from collection to return, is reconciled back to the booking.

Torus cabinets are cloud-native, enterprise-grade key stores. A driver authenticates at the cabinet with an RFID card, a mobile credential or a fingerprint, and the cabinet releases only the keys that person is allowed to take. The audit trail logs who took each key, when it left and when it came back, so the physical handover is linked to the digital booking.

That closes a gap pool fleets have lived with for years. The booking happened in software, but the handover happened on a hook by the front desk, with a sign-out sheet and no dependable link back to who actually drove which car. By tying booking, key release and return into one history, IntelliTrac gives teams the data they need for utilisation reporting and FBT.
