- You cannot login
- You are not sure how to use a software feature
- One or more of your devices does not seem to be working correctly

But before contacting us for system outages, please double check that you have an internet connection and there are no known mobile phone outages in your area.
If all vehicles on your account have stopped working, then most likely there is an outage with our servers or the telecommunications provider.
Log out of Hawk and log back in (re enter your username and password) and check for any announcements
