It connects field jobs, technicians and vehicles in a route plan, then brings arrival, progress and completion updates back to the dispatch console. Teams can review job readiness, inspect proposed routes and follow the visit through to its result.

Suggestions show required skills, availability and current commitments, with recent location information where available. The dispatcher can inspect the reasons behind a suggestion and why another person is unavailable. Suggestions are advisory; assigning or planning still runs the relevant checks.

Yes. Choose the time window and technicians to include, or re-plan a selected technician’s route. The console shows the number of candidate jobs for that scope before the planning run starts.

Planning uses the vehicle’s routing profile alongside job requirements and the selected team. Review route diagnostics, restrictions and any unassigned jobs before publication. The plan supports the routing decision; it is not a guarantee that every road or access requirement has been satisfied.

With supported live road data, a recent vehicle position and configured recovery rules, affected routes can be replanned around a closure. Completed visits and the visit in progress are preserved. An unreachable stop may be reassigned to a feasible alternative; if none exists it remains unassigned for follow-up. A materially better alternative for a severely delayed stop is proposed for dispatcher review.

An assigned job linked to an asset can include recent completed work orders, outstanding tasks and the last visit’s completion note. That gives the technician the available history before starting.

Crews can send arrival and progress updates, notes, photos and checklist results. Completion brings the available details together with the technician and completion time. Customer signatures are included where collected.

The completion summary is available from the job and its linked work order visit. Dispatchers can inspect the submitted notes, checks and attachments. This keeps the field result connected to the original job.

Operations prepares rosters and brings daily activity and exceptions into view. Dispatch focuses on field-job allocation, route plans and visit execution. Use the two together when you need both crew coverage and a detailed plan for the stops ahead.

Bring a typical run, visit windows, crew skills and vehicle details. We can walk through the planning, review and field-update steps relevant to your team, including the data and policies needed for route recovery.
