It brings roster planning, people and vehicle availability, and daily activity into one fleet console. IntelliTrac helps teams prepare assignments, review conflicts, publish the roster and manage exceptions during the day.

The scheduler considers the job’s requirements, people’s availability, qualifications and travel constraints. It proposes assignments for review and explains why some jobs could not be filled. You can accept or reject the suggestions before publication.

Review identifies conflicts such as unavailable people, missing qualifications and overlapping commitments. Blocking conflicts prevent publication until they are resolved; other warnings remain visible for review. Checks run again when the roster is published.

Yes. The roster uses availability and leave when evaluating assignments. Managers can review requests to change regular hours, and the approved availability is used in subsequent planning.

Published assignments appear in My roster, and roster-change notifications use each person’s configured channels. Staff can confirm or decline an assignment. Managers can then review acknowledgements and follow up where needed.

Blocking vehicle downtime feeds availability checks, so a vehicle held out of service is not treated as freely available. Where sufficient usage history supports a service-date projection, planners can also compare predicted maintenance demand with crew on shift.

Operations includes booking details, approvals, return information and exceptions alongside services and crew duties. Open the affected booking to review the vehicle and the next step. Self-service booking has its own portal and driver flow.

Yes. Available work order labour, route activity and published roster assignments can contribute to a weekly timesheet. Entries remain reviewable before submission and approval, and approved hours can be exported as CSV. This provides a handoff to payroll; it does not calculate pay or interpret awards.

Scheduling prepares people, vehicles and assignments for the period ahead. Daily operations brings the resulting activity and exceptions into view. Dispatch handles route planning, job allocation and field progress in more detail.
