A pre-start form is one part of the process. We help plan how a flagged answer reaches the right reviewer, how a maintenance request is assessed and who approves the next step.

Explore installation and deploymentFleet solution design defines the software, equipment and setup your team needs to manage its vehicles and assets. It covers the information you need, who uses it and how the rollout will be introduced. The design brings hardware, data, access and training requirements into one agreed scope.
Bring your vehicle and equipment list, operating locations and the tasks you want to improve. Current reports, spreadsheets and examples of forms help explain the setup you use today. Include any existing trackers, cameras or key cabinets in the discussion.
A software-led start can use imported fleet details and the supported driver-app features. Phone location requires the app to be running and does not provide ignition or engine information. Installed hardware adds the selected vehicle readings and inputs.
Share the make, model and connection details so compatibility can be assessed. Existing equipment is not automatically supported by IntelliTrac. Any additional adapter or integration needs a separate technical and commercial review.
Yes. Include the views, measurements and alerts you need in the scope. Device interfaces, mounting positions, power and the operating environment determine the appropriate installation.
Discuss a pilot or first stage with representative vehicles and users. Agree the checks and outcomes to review before expanding. The rollout schedule depends on the chosen equipment, configuration and vehicle access.
Include the fleet manager and the people responsible for the affected tasks. Finance can explain reporting needs, IT can review connections and access, and drivers can explain the collection or field process. This helps identify requirements before configuration begins.
The quote should identify the software, hardware, installation and professional services in the agreed scope. Additional integrations, travel or later changes may need separate pricing. Confirm responsibilities and inclusions before scheduling the deployment.
