How does IntelliTrac manage Chain of Responsibility?
The IntelliTrac Chain of Responsibility module brings together pre-start checks, fatigue and work diary entries, compliant heavy-vehicle routes, defects, repairs and journey history. This information is captured as the work happens, so your team does not need to rebuild it later.
What does the CoR module cover?
- Pre-start checks. Drivers complete checks in the app before a vehicle moves. Failed and missed checks are sent to the right people for follow-up.
- Fatigue work diary. Drivers log work and rest events in the app as the day happens.
- NHVR-compliant routing. Heavy-vehicle routes are planned against the road and vehicle restrictions that apply to the trip.
- Defect to repair. A fault found during a pre-start check can become a maintenance request, work order and completed repair history.
- Journey history. Where vehicles travelled and when, from devices or the driver app.
What remains the operator's responsibility?
IntelliTrac helps your business run and document its Chain of Responsibility processes. Your organisation still sets its policies, trains its people and makes operating decisions. The Chain of Responsibility guide explains the duties, and the CoR checklist gives you a practical starting point.
