How long does it take to get started?

Most fleets can start using IntelliTrac within days. We import your fleet data, set up users and rules, and plan hardware installation around vehicle availability. Your current tracking system can keep running until the IntelliTrac rollout is ready, so you do not lose visibility during the change.

Most fleets can start using the software in the same week. We can import the vehicle list and history, add users, and set up depots, booking rules and checklists while the hardware rollout is prepared.

How is the hardware installed?

Plug-in devices take minutes to fit in compatible vehicles. Installed trackers, dashcams and multi-camera systems are scheduled around your depots and vehicle availability. The fleet does not need to be taken off the road all at once.

What happens to the old system?

Your vehicle list and service history can be imported into IntelliTrac. Your old system can remain active until the new setup is ready. Switch assurance can also cover remaining contract months with your current provider.
