Where is our fleet data kept?
IntelliTrac stores, processes and backs up your fleet data in Australia. The data is encrypted when it is sent and while it is stored. Your fleet data does not leave the country.
Where is the platform hosted?
The platform runs on Australian cloud infrastructure. Customer data and backups stay in Australia. If your IT or procurement team needs more detail, ask for the IntelliTrac security pack.
What does this mean for our organisation?
- Privacy. Personal information is not sent overseas as part of normal platform use.
- Government procurement. Tenders can state that the platform, backups and support are based in Australia.
- Recovery. Continuous backups let the platform recover data from an earlier point if required.
